How long will my order take? 
Each piece of jewellery is handmade and any item weighing over 7.78g is legally required to be hallmarked and will need to be sent to the London Assay Office. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your piece to be made and posted. If you have a more urgent deadline, please contact me on info@soulpurposejewellery.com and I will do my best to accommodate your order. 

How do I commission a piece? 

If you are looking for something that isn't on the website and would like to discuss a commissioned piece, please contact me on info@soulpurposejewellery.com. Please note that commission lead times vary dramatically depending on what it is you're looking for. 

Personalisation 

All items that can be personalised are done so by hand using metal punches. I don't currently offer any other type of personalisation. Please note that hand stamping does not always give perfectly straight text but this often makes the piece feel even more special, knowing that each individual letter has been hand stamped. All personalisation is free of charge. 

Gift Note 

If you are sending the item directly to someone as a gift, please let me know if you would like a hand written gift note including in the package. This service is at no extra cost - just email your message with your order number to info@soulpurposejewellery.com

Postage

All UK items will be sent as first class signed for via Royal Mail. Please contact me for items being posted outside of the UK before placing your order. 

How do I care for my jewellery? 
Each item will be posted with a care card, showing you how best to look after your Soul Purpose Jewellery.

Silver will naturally tarnish over time but can be polished up using a polishing cloth and specialised silver polish. In the meantime, give your pieces a helping hand by following these simple steps: 

  • Avoid heavy cleaning solutions, perfumes and moisturising lotions.
  • Store your jewellery in a zip lock bag when not wearing it.
  • Remove all jewellery before bed, before showering and before playing sport and swimming.

Returns/Refunds

All personalised items are made to order and are therefore non returnable. Earrings cannot be returned. However, if you are unhappy with any part of your order, I will do what I can to ensure that you love your piece as much as you should.
